Raio X Anatomia - Mamute

Kit para montar - Raio X Anatomia - Mamute

Número de peças: 30
Comprimento: 180 mm
Altura: 150 mm

The vegetarian woolly mammoth is genetically related to present day elephants, particularly the Indian elephant. Most of the mammoths died off towards the end of the Pleistocene Period, that is about 12,000 years ago. An adult woolly mammoth had a shoulder height of about 2.80 to 3.70 m and weighed up to 8 tonnes. The skin of the woolly mammoth consists of thick layers of shaggy hair, each one of which could be up to 90 cm long - hence the name woolly mammoth . So this species was well suited to the climate of the Ice Age.
